Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. You would never know it was refurbished, it looks brand new. Opened it up, not a speck of dust inside, and all hardware was installed properly and functioning as expected. Noise level is actually not nearly as bad as expected. Fully ramped up, yes it's loud but at idle, it's hardly noticable. Excellent seller and quick to respond to inquiries.

Communication with the seller was excellent. They talk to me in advance to make sure I was getting the configuration I wanted, and we did make some slight adjustments. Then they packaged the system very professionally, just like a new system, shipped it using reliable shipping, and it arrived in a few days. I unpacked it and ran it through all the diagnostics and it’s perfect. Just the thing for approximate virtualization platform. I’m impressed that you can get this level of support from a third-party referral organization. It’s a testament to their customer care and focus on quality.

The server arrived in very good condition and as described. It was clean (inside and out) and in prefect working order. Highly reccomend this seller.

Seems to be a good, clean server and is operating just fine. However, there were some misses on the description:1) iDRAC is an enterprise version, not express (a good thing)2) Hard Drives are 6Gb/s, not 12Gb/s3) Seller had not upgraded firmware (no biggie, just 30 minutes or so using LCC)4) Item was late shipping5) Shipped with Win Server 2016 installed (no problem, just noting)Overall, I expect this will work in my homelab for many years to come (replacing a Dell r510).

Not only did the server arrive 4 days early, but the BIOS was already updated to the latest version, the CPUs have good thermal paste, the empty RAM slots have fillers, iDRAC 8 is on the latest version, and the server was packaged with the proper Dell shipping foam which survived the beating FedEx gave it. On top of all that, the four disks the server shipped with are already configured to a virtual disk in RAID0. Outstanding condition and I think the best used item I've bought off Amazon on this IT journey. Thank you very much for not disappointing.

Server came sturdily packed in box in almost perfect condition. Everything works and is as advertised. Very happy with the purchase!

Shipping was fast and I received the server 2 days early, which was a nice bonus.However, the product description is missing some vital information that will now waste those 2 early days on the project while I have to purchase and wait for additional parts..The product description states it comes with the bezel, but there was not one included with the item.Nowhere in the description does it mention the 26 drive caddy that go in the system for storage. 4 of the caddy were included with the included hard drives, but the other 22 shown in the pictures were NOT INCLUDED leaving a massive gaping hole in the front of the server where I cannot add more drives until buying these separately. At least the 2 missing from the rear of the machine have blanks installed, but that's a minor blessing considering these should have been included, or at least mentioned in the description.The network interface was listed incorrectly, at least partially. The item title states it has 10g SFP+ but the product description claims a model x540 NiC which does NOT have the SFP+ ports. Luckily the title was correct and not the description since I needed the SFP and was not looking forward to ordering yet another extra part since I didn't catch that particular missmatch until after it had already shipped.On the plus side, everything that DID come in the box seems to be functioning properly, it was packaged well and the unit is as clean as brand new hardware, which was nice to see.As I continue with my project and test the hardware more I'll update this review if I find any other problems.

Came with all the drive covers and front bezel, Looks like new inside, not a spec of dust. It had windows server 2019 installed but I screwed it up. I am trying to get the controller to work with the SAS drives and two SSD Sata's, It is defiantly loud, and weirdly it got louder when I installed the ssd's . Once I figure out how to get it working with my windows pc it will be great, These things cost about $20000 new.The trick is when you insert additional disks, you have to pull the ones that are already configured or they will be wiped when the new ones are added to the RAID controller.I still haven't been able to connect thru the IDRAC port, I get the login screen after I set the port address, but can not get a user/password to connect, I have tried setting the jumper to reset the password but that dosen't seem to work either. I have Windows 10 Pro and Ubuntu linux working on it and VMworkstation.
