Not Quite As Expected!
Arrived from Bulgaria!The outer box was in English but the instructions inside were in every language but not English.Fortunately, I have used the product before and therefore knew how to use but beware if you purchase from this supplier and aren't fluent in several languages!

Positively perfect!
I have naturally dark hair but I am now turning grey so I wanted to go lighter. Every time I went to the salon I felt unhappy with the colour they gave me. There was always too much red in it. So I decided to experiment at home (it is cheaper!).I first stripped the dark colour out of my hair using the lightest blonde colour. I then mixed a 7 (dark blonde) with a 5 ( natural brown) and came out with the best light brown I have ever achieved.Thank you L’Oréal!
