Is it the genuine Benriner Turning Slicer No5 or a chinese copy?

Hello.This is not a copy commodity.Manufacturer is Benriner.It is produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan.

I don’t have this model (side mounted), but the top down Benriner model works on everything and I would definitely recommend it. Hope this helps.

Is it staining with beetroots?

I Assume it will. Never tried beetroot on them yet.
