defective product
just 1 year exactly and the cover lid is starting to separate in the back. Impossible to get the right serial number and can't check the warranty (which I suspect after 1 year is expired anyway) but the serial number listed on this product is telling me has expired June 2022 whereas I purchased it in January 2023!! lolI stick to HP as my previous laptop lasted 10 years or so, this one starting to fall apart after 1.And this laptop has never travel and stay on its table since I got it.I am done with HP for sure.

Hard to see the keys
I like the computer , but it is hard to see the keys they are silver and unless you are in direct light it is hard to see the keys.
