I was familiar with this author's writing from her other book, and I look forward to sharing this work with my female friends. One take-away is her use of something called the metaphor tool, which I consider to be a profoundly useful tool, not just in the area that the author writes about.

Okay so as a male I have say I am obviously not Sarah Saint-Laurent's target audience.I thought the book may be useful for a female friend of mine but I don't recommend anything I haven't looked at myself so I read it.Since I am also a spiritual being having a physical experience I knew beforehand that the content of this book would not be totally alien to my beliefs.I learned a great deal not only about how to honor the feminine within me but I was also able to see how the practical ideas and exercises would be hugely beneficial to any woman wanting to connect with their deepest passions and creativity.I'm happy to say I was able to recommend this book to the friend I had in mind and many more.

As an author and a dedicated fan of Om Kitty and her energy journeys, I must admit I slightly astonished by Om Kitty's apparent transformation into a sexy siren. Alert - It's not about Om Kitty - but this is a delightfully light and vibrant book is about awakening your creativity and energy by activating your Sacral chakra and uniting it with your heart - strength, love and power, just what every women author needs. Interwoven with practical exercises, mystical stories and well crafted prose, Om Kitty does it again! What you need, in just the right doses without any woowoo at all - even a supremely practical author like me found value and delight in this entrancing book.

I found this book deeply inspirational and uplifting. It was an excellent and intriguing reading to wake up your cosmic energy and guide you to a more fulfilling, blissful life. A very pleasant reading experience!Not only was this book more than interesting and extremely creative, it was also very helpful as it includes visualization exercises, daily affirmations, as well as breathing and meditation exercises, which are all short and easy to follow. It was a magically experience which I will refer to again and again.I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading book 2. :-)

I not only want to awaken my Sexy Shakti - I want my friends to as well. What a better world we would live in if women awaken their intuitive and untamed selves. I love the use of the cat, OM Kitty, as a fun and gentle metaphorical device to explain deeper insights without making it overly complicated.
