Correct replacement wire for our model
This spool does indeed work as a replacement for the ART 26 Easytrim (according to the box also ART 23/26/30 Combitrim, ART 23 Easytrim, ART 23F/GF/GFS/GFSV and ART 25/25 F). While the spool fits and works, I cannot bring myself to give 5 stars - I'm not sure if it's just the ART 26 Easytrim that's poorly designed or the spool or a combination of both, but I find myself going through a lot of wire around the edges e.g. near edging etc and the while strimmer is a bit awkward to handle.

Genuine spool brilliant
Bought other unbranded spools to fit bosch,honestly they not worth the money even though packs of 3 or 5, the nylon not properly spooled and it tangles and breaks every 2 3 feet of use.Although this genuine bosch was one spool its well worth the extra expense, 👌The old saying buy cheap ,pay twice.

White plastic ring should be stronger & less fiddly
Excellent except for white plastic ring. The cord gradually tears a slit in the white plastic ring and this can cause cord to become stuck in the slit & fail to extend. This can result in the cord disappearing inside the white plastic ring. This ring then has to be removed in order to re-thread the cord, and this ring is very fiddly to get back on the spool. If the white plastic ring was more durable so that the cord did not tear a slit in it, and if this ring was designed to be easier to fit back on the orange spool, the product would be much better.I have been using our Bosch strimmer to clear a neglected garden. It has been good except for the aforementioned problems, which apply to the spool rather than the machine and tend to arise when tackling nettles etc rather than just long grass.

Replacement spool head.
The replacement part fitted perfectly. I was able to order the correct spool head for my strimmer. I was able to reuse my strimmer which I thought I was going to have to chuck out. Really happy with the cutting of my grass.

Does the job
Recent rains and illness meant my garden was massively overgrown. I decided to buy the authentic Bosch product form my Easytrim rather than risking a cheaper option. I'm pleased I did. This dealt with the overgrowth in no time and didn't snap once
