I only buy Neo branded supports as they are the best. I wasn't aware of these thinner ones but bought one for a 10 day cycling holiday as was easier to wear when exercising than the neoprene ones. It's been excellent, so much so I've ordered another 2 of them. Provides a really good level of support, it's comfortable and doesn't slip down.

This is a comfortable and supportive product that doesn't get hot. Its quite long and very elastic, but not overly tight. It has a tendency to slip down over time (e.g. whilst walking distances), but this is very slow process and isn't a negative; I personally wouldn't like the grip to be any firmer, as it may become uncomfortable.

I ski with a brace on my left knee and wear one of these under the brace to protect the skin. It's tight, but that's what gives the support. I only wear it for a week a year but it's now 7 years old and showing no signs of wear and tear.I've now had to buy a brace for my right knee and I went for the same Neo G support because the one for my left knee was so good. I've no reason to think this new one will be any different.

My husband uses these supports for his legs when we know we will be doing a lot of walking. They are really comfortable, he doesn't know he has them on.

Read the reviews and decided to order product. Product is correctly sized and defiantly supports the knee. It is lightweight and thin so easily worn under clothes but still allows full movement. Only one downside and that's the rubber used at the top of the support which caused a reaction by the end of the day. Would prefer product without this and just have additional elastic action at the top. Whilst the product does it's job I probably wouldn't buy another due to reaction to rubber top bit.

Get the right size and this is excellent for giving a reassuring support to knee that sometimes gives ,Large is ideal for me Male 6ft 4 inches tall

This has really supported my knee since I have been wearing it in the last week. Much cheaper than local supermarket price or a pharmacy too. I have only given a 4 star for comfort as unless you are stick thin and no flesh on your upper leg it does tend to roll down which can make it uncomfortable. But the support it has given me is worth putting up with that to be fair.Also, I would suggest that you do measure your knee size before ordering as it really does matter with the fit.

After recent suffering for six weeks with a knee that has "given out" with painful popping at the front and a feeling of some kind of tendon strain behind resulting in constant nagging aching from behind the knee into buttock simply from standing up quickly one afternoon,miserable pain then dominating all else I discovered what seemed to be the perfect solution,as I was very gradually able to bear a little weight on it again if I didn't forget myself and turn on it too quickly. Reading the reviews the positive ones seemed to give great hope,especially on reading someone's post as to how he'd suffered a torn meniscus three years previous which is how my own started when I was putting up a Christmas decoration,putting all my weight on my knee as I stood on the edge of a sofa and twisting it....it has never been right since in truth and took over three years to simply walk without too much pain as long as it was only briefly.....it took mere seconds to mess up my health for years! The glowing comments made me disregard the less positive ones and I went on to order two of these in XL knowing I'm no sylph when it comes to my legs!! That said,I'm not enormous either,just a size 16/18 with legs to match...but regardless of that,sadly the supports do exactly as stated in so many reviews....they simply roll down at the tops,cutting into the back of the knee making pain even worse and cutting off blood supply. On first putting it on I thought it was going to be a great supportive solution but literally within seconds I could see it was hopeless...it immediately rolled down like a tight elastic band just above the back of the knee. Anyone with more than stick-thin legs is going to be sadly disappointed I'm sure. Obviously,the one I attempted to wear and discarded within minutes is going to go along with the pristine brand new one in it's unopened box into a charity bag as to return them is more trouble than it's worth and maybe someone lovely and slim with a dodgy knee can find a use for them! So...although they might be great for some people this is just a salutory warning to really be certain they will be exactly what you want as it is not an inexpensive purchase both financially and psychologically if you were hoping for some relief only to be sadly out of pocket yet still in pain looking for something else or simply waiting for weeks to months more healing naturally.....like me!

Very good product for the purpose, I guess we have to congratulate NEO G Limited from England and their coworkers from Turkey. Product has same quality as the one sold in pharmacies, at prices 50% higher. And I guess we have to congratulate here the Amazon market concept.

Light to wear, keeps knee warm and stays in place during all day work in the forest.

I researched knee supports on Amazon, reading many reviews. This product was one of the lower-priced supports, but what made me decide to try it was the light weight, breathing fabric and the fact that the kneecap area was covered with an even thinner, stretchy fabric. I find open kneecaps uncomfortable. It also extends well below and above the knee, which means that it stays in place and doesn't bind. NOW, my legs are slender and when I looked at the size chart I was tempted to order the medium, which listed the maximum as 38 cm. The large begins at 38 cm. I measure 38 cm. and I'm really glad I ordered the large. It's quite snug without being too tight. If you are in doubt, I would order up a size if I were close to the next larger size. My knee swells sometimes and is obviously arthritic, though not debilitatingly so. On the days it hurts enough, or if I hike for several miles, I wear it.

I have been healing from multiple fractures sustained in a fall last year... and exploring the wide-wide world of compression hosiery and braces, ever since the I started to heal enough to be able to bear some weight. There is a HUGE variety to choose from and the cost is extraordinary, so this has been an expensive learning experience. Among other things, bought two of these NEO G Knee Supports and was excited to receive them, I anxiously put them on, for a while they seemed to help, but then there was a terrible pain developing around the top, I removed them and found deep indentations in my thigh from the silicone beads, the marks lasted for hours. I was extremely disappointed. I am usually a huge fan of NEO G and have several of their compression products that have helped me tremendously. This first knee support, was unfortunately returned. I had a hard time finding a photo of the silicone beads, but have attached one to show you. Granted, I have delicate skin, but these little beads were murder. (These were a size Large.. and my headline was "Death by silicone beads"... but I bought 2 more in an Extra Large and have had much better results!)UPDATE 6/1/2017: I further injured my left knee yesterday doing physical therapy, so have just purchased the X-Large, to see if that will help with the beads, mentioned above, I do love this company and will upgrade my stars if the upgrade in size makes a difference. One of the many things I like about Neo G is they are just plain black, no gaudy printing all over them, I really need some superior support, so am giving this another try.UPDATED again: 10/15/2017 with the X-Large NEO G Knee Supports, now on both knees, and two visits to a great sports doctor (via ambulance) for ultrasound guided cortisone injections in both knees, I am doing much better!! I am also doing physical therapy daily (in a nursing home environment) and using the NEO G Supports whenever I'm doing any any activity.. the way I kept getting in trouble was turning to sit down, or something similar, my knee joint would twist and that's seriously bad.. but the NEO G gives me just the right amount of support!! I am extremely pleased with them, now that I've learned more about how they work and what specifically works best for me. I hope some of this has been helpful. I think this is a really outstanding company with great products, I just had the wrong size and was wearing them too long. (I should note that two of the physical therapists who are working with me daily, getting me stronger and hopefully learning to walk again, age 69, have admired the NEO G products I have so much, they have gone out and bought some of their own!) It was just what I wanted, however, after eight months it has stretched out at the thigh and will no longer stay in place. Also, it is made out of a stretch material that gets caught in everything and now is covered with those little annoying balls of fiber.
