Q: Does anyone else have issue with the backlight not coming back on when pressing buttons?

Mine has never worked so useless as a clock

Q: Hi. Can the batteries be recharged whilst still in the radio or do they have to be recharged separately?

The Retro Mini is battery powered with 4x AA sized batteries - you can use rechargeable ones, but the radio itself does not have a capacity to recharge them.

Q: does it come with a warranty?

Yes - One Year as standard with all products, and then in the box you'll find a registration card to gain an extra two years cover.

Q: what are the specs for a replacement aerial please?

Please contact the manufacturer - VQ, and they will help with replacing the aerial, alternatively please send us a message. Thank you.
