After fitting, she was unable to charge the phone as the lead kept slipping out of the charging socket. The case aperture at the charging point was not large enough for the plastic housing part of the USB to pass through - so USB connector not fully engaging! Not a major problem as I enlarged the hole in the casing using a sharp Stanley Blade! Problem solved. I notice other Reviewers have experienced similar problems - resorting to removal of the phone from the case in order to charge it!
