Second PPY
I’m a knifeaholic 42nd Kizer and second PPY so I knew what this knife was all about going in, is the finger flick a little awkward yea until you get the position right the it rockets open each and every time. Fit and finish are really good the Rafir scales are great looking. Kizer sharp right out of the box another quality high performance Kizer.

Quality knife
This is a great edc knife. Carries comfortably and is hair shaving sharp out of the box. And man, let me tell you about how smooth this knife opens and closes. Quick flip open and an absolute no force needed close. I recommend this knife to anyone looking for a quality and cool looking knife. The 154cm steal is a huge upgrade for the price of this knife too.

Awkward
Nice knife needed a little edge relief on handle areas, would be a great knife if the thumb studs were more accessible or indexed maybe a flat spot on the push point angle. For me I find the studs kinda awkward. But nice blade not really a wharncliff or a sheepsfoot kind of a tweener, decent materials and excellent pivot bearings out of the box. Blade profile works with my arsenal of blades, but it is more task specific than others.update 2 wks. After acclimating to this knife Ican find nothing to complain once orientated to the thumb studs knife reacts perfect, this also has a nice weight it feels good in hand. Not disappointed.

Great action!
Drop shut action. Buttery smooth thumbstud action & beautiful scales although they feel like plastic (which is why I took off a star), looks nice in person almost like a 3D rose because of the brass mesh inside the handle scales.

I expected $200 knife to be flawless
The main screw that holds in the blade constantly backs itself out, requiring you to regularly retighten the screw. It's also a very small star bit screw, that you might not even have a bit for... This knife is $200, and shouldn't require me to EVER retighten the screw, unless I INTENTIONALLY loosen it first. The main screw holding the frame together, and holding the blade in, should never ever ever ever back itself out on a knife this expensive. EVER.I have a $60 CRKT, and the main screw has never backed itself out. It is never needed tightening in over 10 years of use. If they can figure out how to stop the main screw from backing out on a $60 knife, it should be easily done on this $200 knife. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this purchase, for this reason only. Everything else with the knife is immaculate, but I consider this to be a MASSIVELY UNACCEPTABLE DESIGN FLAW for this price point.

Bad Quality !!!
I had too just reorder a replacement Kizer Domin. I hope my next one is better, the blade itself is bent and and not straight. I knew out of the box it was not lined up straight and when I kept looking at it the Blade itself is twisted and off completely warped maybe this one went passed Kizer’s Q&C. My first experience with Kizer is not a good one. Hopefefully my replacement will be spot on with fit & finish if not then Kizer may not be for me !!! I really do hope the next one is better because it seems like it could be a good one but I can’t tell as of so far since a twisted blade is not excepted with a $60 pocket knife.

Love It
This is a great knife. Super smooth, fast, and easy deployment. Good steel and zero blade play.
