So far excellent. Came quicker than expected. Fits perfectly. Ive yet to fall but I feel very secure with these on. Not to bulky either..... Now! maybe this is just me! twice I spent an entire day skating around the city and towards the end if my day, while relaxing, i catch a cramp in my leg. Again could be me and my lack of or that im over working myself. This only happened since wearing protective gear. Only twice

This protective gear is AMAZING. I’m a pretty confident skater and have been doing it for years, but I also know that safety is important. I took a pretty bad fall around 10 weeks ago going downhill that resulted in a shoulder injury as well as a pinkie fracture (was in a cast and then brace for over two months) but the Dr. told me based on the fall I had I would have absolutely shattered both my wrists if it weren’t for these wrist guards. I’m so so thankful for the quality of these and that even though I skate very well I still chose safety first because my injuries could have been much worse. Highly recommend these!! (I have my left hand pictured here, I fractured my right pinkie so I didn’t want to upload that picture)

This is the first pair I have ever owned. I weigh 165 lbs. and am 5 ' 6" tall. So, I'm a little stocky. The largest size was very snug on the calf/knee, but you get used to it after awhile. I am going to try one other pair so to have a comparison, b/c I was hoping to get the largest size I could find that would still stay on while in motion. So far, I am having a hard time finding any larger sizes. The wrist guards are also adequate as well as the elbow guards; however, I can tell that the wrist guards are too big for me b/c the velcro strap flaps around constantly, but I did get the largest size so.... Overall, I feel pretty protected; however, I hate the part where you sweat terribly in these places due to the tightness and material composition. I guess there is no way around that part. Oh well, at least I finally feel safe again.

I put them on the day after I got my skates. My daughter said she refused to skate down a hill that leads to our driveway. I took it as a challenge. As soon as I started to roll, I felt myself hit about 30 mph. It was in this moment that I knew I had messed up. I had to bail out. I was going too fast to use the cute break on the skates, I lost my footing, and slid in my left side about 2 feet into my yard, narrowly escaping an ant hill and my mailbox. The hand pads had deep scrapes in them, but my hands, elbows and knees were saved.

I bought this protective gear set for myself as I was learning how to rollerblade and at my age I need all the protection I can get. I really feel safe when using all these gear, I have fallen a couple times and am glad that I have not been hurt. They are the perfect size and you can just slip them right on. They are also a good price for the all the protection you get.
