I finally got around to using this trolley last weekend for one of my moves, and I have to admit that is a lot better than a standard trolley. I used this to relocate a tall upright freezer and it was a breeze to manhandle it down the stairs. My only gripes are that it's a bit too effectivel going down stairs, and it's easy for heavy items to run away from you, so get assistance or add a securing strap And secondly, because of the skinny wheels its not as manoeuvrable as a standard trolley over which ground, but moving backwards and forwards is fine, it's just the swivel that's irritating. I don't know how folks are saying that the wheels keep falling off, because they are held on with locking bolts, and the whole assembly is attached with split pins

Ok and working well now. But screws missing when assembling which was quite annoying. Had to get neighbour to help supply the correct replacement screw vital to its assembly - but ultimately a good product and being utilised well for its purpose

Used it to move house easy to use and came in very handy got alot of heavy goods and didn't do our backs in

Great product , robust and well - made shame the assembly instructions are so awful - dont understyand why you dont just charge a little more and provide a clearer assembly brochure.

the caster wheels when using it as a trolly broke off within 5min of using it. using the item as a sack truck works fine.

Picked it up from their depot.. They even assembled it for me. This is a great piece of work kit. I use it daily, it goes up many stairs carrying boxes of fresh produce and milk.Highly rated
