Other reviews were a little worrying saying they didnt recieve the item shown, I took the chance and recieved exactly as the picture. I think the cap is really good quality and cant fault it. The letters are stitched on, theres a great metal clip at the back to change the size to fit all. Really pleased with purchase. Took approx 2 weeks to recieve but with lockdown cant complain
