Item not as advertised
Disappointed with product. Not as advertised. Item was only the front of the switch. No back box. Waste of money. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

Item not as described - No back box included
Description clearly states that item includes a back box. No back box arrived with item, I am now left having to run around and purchase one from local diy shed. It has cost me another £2.00 for the back box plus the cost of petrol for running around. Only option available to send message about item is to use returns which doesnt solve the issue just gives me more running around to take item to return outlet. Disappointed with amazon who are usually excellent.

No back box supplied!
I too should have read the reviews. They are supplied without a back box. I bought MK because it is high quality and British. To sell a metal clad wiring accessory without its back box is a complete nonsense. I now have to waste a couple of hours going out to find back boxes.

NO BACK BOX
I Should have read the reviews first. Does not come with back box as both stated and shown. Supplier does not have back boxes & offered free return. The switch unit itself seems okay, so I will source a back box from ScrewFix (£1.50) and keep it.
