Update: they sent me a new one immediately after letting them know what had happened. I haven’t had the chance to rehang true light but we’ll see if it works. Great shipping and response. After taking a long time stringing the lights all around the top of the whole room and went to turn on the lights, a piece from the first 8 feet was the same color and the rest was another whole color. The blue color doesn't work on the second color and is not working like the first part. The first colors are correct as the remote and the second is completely different. Very disappointed and used a lot of time to only find out it was discolored. If I take it down, the tape will rip off all of the paint from my brand-new house. This is very disappointing and upsetting.

I purchased 100 feet for my room. My room is probably 9 feet by 12 feet. I used the entire length of one of the wheels and about ten feet of the other. The Alexa integration is fantastic. I programmed it to turn on and off with existing lights. Voice commands are easily accessible. All I had to do was rename the device something memorable. The remote can be difficult to use because it must be pointed at the small white box where the LED strip is plugged in, but the app does not require it. The Tuya Smart app has a plethora of color options. You can use solid colors, pre-made scenes, blinking/strobing/breathing effects, and even connect lights to music. This app includes Alexa or We have the option to integrate directly with Google so you don't have to do any manual setup in the relevant apps! Adhesion is comparable to Scotch double-sided tape. It's not thick 3M tape. It adheres very well as long as the painted wall is firmly pressed and does not become dusty. When removed, I doubt it will leave any residue. It's not as bright as I expected, but that's a good thing. The remote and the app both have a dimmer. Excellent for light sleepers who despise light. This LED light is ideal for those on a tight budget!

This was very amazing if you have popcorn walls like me it probably won't stick good the battery life is pretty strong I'd say, the light settings are pretty good there's many colors the light is very bright and it doesn't make the room hotter I haven't used my big light ever since I got this it looks amazing there are many different color the tape doesn't stick very well especially for the big white block part I had to use hot glue to make that stick. The warmth is fine it doesn't make the room hot or anything the adhesive quality isn't the best depending on the type of wall you have.

Lights are cool. I got to them put up in my daughter’s room as a night light. The quality seems pretty decent. I received today and took about 10-15 mins to put up. The adhesive stuck to the walls perfectly, very easy to put up. Good enough to stick but not super sticky where it can damage your walls. The instructions were pretty clear. I’m giving 4 stars because the remote control literally worked for 2 seconds and then stopped working. I decided to download the app. The app could be a little bit better but I literally just need to be able to turn it on and off so it gets the job done for me. So far so good. Hope this helps someone.

First of all, Amazon is notorious for advertising the wrong product entirely. Once this happens a few times it's difficult to shop cuz it's really hit or miss and unfortunately, these lights just aren't worth returning. So just a complete waste of an item. Anyway, •There are NOT 2-50ft rolls inside. Just 1-100ft roll. •It is ONLY DC powered which you can miss if you don't read description closely. But it's mostly false info anyway so like I said, how would you know? Cuz it also says 2-50ft rolls but it's not. So If it says DC powered, it could be USB which is what I am used to and why I assumed it was. So be careful of that if you are wanting to use these lights anywhere other than your home or around a DC plugin because they are virtually impossible to advert in to another power source like splicing The wires and transverting it to a usb source. Sure, that is the easy part but good luck finding a power bank that is small & portable that supplys an output of 24 volts. trust me, i've tried. •The sensor does NOT have the extra couple inch wire coming off the power box like shown and as I needed. It is attatched directly to the box, no wire length. Just do a way with the power box completely. The power box that I received had 2 inputs for 2 rolls but only came with one roll and the connection on the light strip is so incredibly small. So much smaller than the usual connection on the usual light strip. So you can't use other light strips with this powerbox. My entire product of every piece of the order was wrong and NOT what was displayed, advertised or described. You really do get what you pay for. If this damn light was anything more than $10, I would be severely pissed. Do better.

Great price for these lights, but unfortunately half of the strip did not light up. I could buy a connector separately, and try to cut our the 'bad' section of the light strip, but then the price doesn't seem as competitive once you figure in that added cost. The adhesive also came off the wall after 3 days, so I had to use tape to hold it in place. The colors are good, the remote works pretty well (sometimes it takes a few tries to get the receiver to catch the remote control signal). The plug is compact and easy to tuck out of sight. Overall not bad, not great. The lights I received might have been a fluke, I did not return them since I only needed about 50 feet and it worked ok for that need. Still, I suspect that most people will need to do some custom work on this, to either repair the lights or to reinforce the adhesive.
