Qualcast Corded Cylinder Lawnmower - 400W.

Great lawn mower, easy to store and more than powerful enough for the size of my lawns and it cuts really well.The item was well packed and I would use this dealer again and recommend to friends.

I'm very pleased with the lawnmower. It cuts well, is easy to push.On the downside it does not cut as low as my last one but perhaps I was cutting the lawn too short before.

Having had an excellent Concord 32 electric cylinder mower for over 20 years, i thought i was buying what appeared to be a like for like replacement. Wrong.The quality of cut on this mower is horrific. At 27mm all it does is flatten and chew the grass a bit but doesn't really cut it at all, and at the lower 17mm cut it simply scalped the grass and turns the lawn brown. (my lawn is also flat)The factory obviously don't set the adjustable bar under the mower as the cylinder blade was no where near it. I spent an age tweaking and adjusting it, even then to no real avail.The plastic brackets for the grass box are a poor / cheap design choice and will snap very easily.The same quality of cut can be achieved using a much cheaper rotary mower, so based upon my experience don't waste your money on this product

This was a Qualcast lawnmower which had been damaged in transit (small corner piece of plastic missing). We had it exactly 3 weeks when it gave a loud bang and stopped mowing. However, it was not very easy to return but we received a refund immediately. Disappointing.

having only a small lawn we find this lawnmower just right for our needs, it cuts well and is light weight and easy to use, it folds down easily for storage, good price and a good buy.

A nice little mower for those with a "postage stamp" lawn. A neat fold away system means the handle folds down on the top of the unit and the carry handle on the motor unit makes it easy to put away.

We'll made and easy to assemble. Is light and easy to use and gives a nice cut. Grass box adequate. Recommended

This machine lasted 1 year then stopped working. I purchased one of these grass cutters on 17 May 2018, it was supplied by Hollywell Tools. I used it to cut 3 very small lawns less then 80 square yards in total. This year it has been used around 5 times before breaking down with sparks coming from the motor. When I purchased the machine I understood that it carried a 2 year warranty. I have twice contacted Hollywell Tools via Amazon asking for advice and they have failed to reply. When you consider I cut the grass around once per week May to September during 2018 and April to May in 2019 which is roughly 25-30 times I would expect a grasscutter to last much longer than it has. Qualcast used to make good machines but no more. I would advise you not to buy one of these machines and have nothing to do with Hollywell Tools, their customer care stinks
