Yes this will fit the dremel drill press , I’ve secured it with four 40 mm M 4 bolts so it doesn’t move when drilling Hope this helps

Does this fit the Katey mini bench drill pillar drill

I don't know that but it may have to rest on the bench separately. However, the slots might fit some of the holes on the base of the drill stand through which you fix the bolts.

Slots in vice do not align perfectly with slots in drill press. I have found it difficult to permanently fix in position so have resorted to using 2no plastic clamps to be able to move and adjust. I would probably do more research to find a more suitable vice. That said it was cheap and does something of a job.
