Expensive moisturiser ! Do not bother buying .
I purchased this product as my baby has been struggling with nappy rash since the age of 8 weeks . I have tried all the usual bepanthen , metanium both white and yellow and even a steroid cream with no effect .I found this cream on a forum after googling . I have used it at every nappy change over the last 3 days.It has aggravated the nappy rash , my baby’s bottom is really sore and the skin has even cracked .If I could give negative stars for a product , I would rate this as minus 1000.I am now out of pocket and stuck with a useless moisturiser .Be wiser than myself and save your cash .

Don’t hesitate.. just purchase!
My 14 month old daughter has had diarrhoea for about a week now which has given her very bad nappy rash. Its so sore that she wont allow for her nappy to be changed. We were using sudocrem but it just wasnt helping at all. My husband did some research and came across this product, although it was expensive, it had goos reviews so we were willing to make the sacrifice for our lil girl to get back to normal. I can honestly with all my heart say this was money well spent! It arrived late so we applied it before she went to bed and by the next morning there was a tremendous difference in the appearance of the nappy rash, and our daughter wasnt trying to stop us from changing her nappy. The pain and itching had subsided. As of this moment writing the review, we have used this product about 5 times in total and the difference is clear. I recommend this anyone who is struggling to find a product that works quickly and effectively for sore nappy rash. I also tried a bit on my lips and it softened them up nicely

Not as effective - pricey!!!
This product is very pricey - ingredients are very similar to motherlove nappy ointment and the Bentley nappy balm (have used this balm (Bentley) since day one - my daughter only came up with a rash (at 10 months) after I regrettably used a bio...(something) wipe rather than the brand I used since birth (water-wipes) during a nappy change) I always find it pretty amusing that naturally made products are incredibly expensive considering the fact that one could easily obtain stated ingredients - throw in a mason jar, place in a pot (boil) and form one's own mixture! My point is that the products used to form this ointment are not terribly priced to warrant a nappy balm of £28...however I digress...I purchased this product and was thrilled after one application - rash had almost disappeared! However the rash returned a day or so later - I realised after using this product that my daughter's nappy rash was in fact being aggravated by yeast which this ointment failed to tackle! :-(I resorted to using the Motherlove nappy ointment which deals specifcally with yeast/bacteria that at times is the reason for a prolonged period of nappy rash! Motherlove is £12.99 and most importantly effective.I do however use Mama nature for my hands and my daughter's (twin sister) dry patches on her legs - seems okay but overall results are not worth mentioning!

Miracle Cream
My son was only a week old when he developed a truly terrible nappy rash. I tried all the nappy rash creams and it was not getting better it seemed to be getting worse. The doctors prescribed him 4-5 different creams as they thought it might be thrush or some other type of fungal/bacterial infection but nothing was working. They even thought at one point that he had a milk allergy. I was exclusively breastfeeding at the time and had to cut out dairy from my diet completely to eliminate the possibility but it still didn't clear up. After 4 weeks I was at my wits end and I was desperate to try anything as the doctors seem clueless, we were even admitted to hospital and saw a pediatrician but they couldn't help either.I did some research on the internet and saw that similar people had gone through a similar thing and recommended this product, so I brought it immediately. Within 24 hours of using this cream his nappy rash started to heal, I was absolutely amazed. I love this product and yes it is expensive but it is worth every single penny.

Sorted baby’s red chin out
I was planning on leaving a bad review as it didn’t work for my baby’s nappy rash and was expensive, however I then started using in on her red raw chin (she’s very drooly). I’d tried soooo many other things on that chin and basically was resigned to a red raw chin for a couple of years but now it’s pretty much normal colour again! Needed a thicker layer than I was initially using.Wasn’t too impressed with delivery as was left on the doorstep and at nearly £30 I thought this wasn’t reasonable but overall I’m happy I bought it.

Absolute Miracle Worker!
Like another review on here my new born got a severe nappy rash a few days after birth, we tried every cream out there, Sudacrem, Metanium, Bepanthem - those didn't work. Then we tried Canestan thinking it may be a fungul infection - Canestan didn't work. Finally after 4 weeks I went to the GP as the rash was only getting worse. GP provided Fucidin cream claiming that that there was a slight bacterial infection. Was told to try it for 10 days. I was at desperation stage by now. I went online and came across this healing salve and having read the reviews even though it was quite expensive I was willing to try anything - I decided to buy it. Having used Fucidin for 7 days and not seeing any improvement I decided to give this a shot. What can I say....after 5 days the improvement was unbelievable, absolutely unbelievable. Its been 12 days now and there's barely any rash left. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!! More than worth every single penny!

It works
My son's nappy rash was really bad. All the cures I had relied on in the past with my daughter failed - metanium, sudocream etc. I had also been to the doctor and was prescribed a steroid cream with anti fungal in it. No luck with that either. We were about to go on holiday and I was really worried. I bought this cream based on the reviews. It worked. I believe the fact that it is oil based rather that water based may have have been key. My son had been through a phase of drinking a lot of water and wetting his way out of his nappy at night. This made his skin sore and sensitive and no amount of nappy changes/toilet training would heal it. Used the salve for a few weeks in June. No recurrence of nappy rash since. Glad that this product is natural too.
