I bought these for our slightly overweight JRT/dachshund mix to get on the bed. She's just about 8.5kgs. However, one of the stairs broke within days, because when she uses the stairs, she jumps off them slightly to get onto the bed. She felt embarassed as a result of this, and I am really unhappy about it, because she had been so motivated by her weight loss journey so far, and has now been left to feel like an elephant.

Buying another set of stairs for a different room, initially found them frustrating to put together, once i managed it my puppies love using them. I’m not sure how they would work for larger dogs but i have Yorkies so they are great for us.

My Chihuahua is getting old so he struggles to jump on the best this is good for the price sometimes slides slightly but I just push it back not really an issue it’s quite sturdy in holding weight my mum stood on it I’m not sure why but it didn’t break :)

As steps they are perfect, although you’d have to have pretty low furniture for the animal to reach as they’re small. However I purchased them as an alternative scratch post for my cat who likes scratching the stairs.....he’s yet to use them!

Clip was broken off on arrival, sturdy enough for a teacup chihuahua puppy but wouldn't want to risk it with anything larger or even an adult chihuahua. Cheaply made and looks awful

This helps my precious dog to gain access to his favourite spot on the sofa. I’ve had to put non slip Mats under it as it slides on my non-carpeted floor. But other than that it’s cracking. I was able to put it together in about a minute, and it seems solid and sturdy enough.
