I was after a 1440p monitor for both gaming and productivity (CAD work). This particular monitor is often on sale for £299.99 so it is an absolute steal.The image quality is great with great colour reproduction and the 144hz refresh rate coupled with freesync makes gaming great. There is some ghosting in very specific circuimstances but this is expected due to it being a VA panel. However, this is not something that will bother you unless you actively try to look for it while gaming and also monitors that cost more than twice still have some ghosting due to the VA panel technology. If you want to avoid that completely go for a TN panel but the colour reproduction and vieweing angles will not be as good.Coming out of the box it had 0 dead or stuck pixels which is always good. The stand is great and sturdy offering height and tilt adjustment but no pivot.The silver plastic trim at the rear is not that great, or the LEDs on the bottom and rear of the screen but you will never look at the plastic trim at the rear and you can turn the LEDs off.HDR is good to have, even though it is not HDR 1000, as it makes the coulours more vibrant in games that support it.Great monitor overall.

Great monitor!I took advantage of the 0% interest finance with amazon and got a good deal for this monitor. Never really wanted to buy something this expensive and delicate from amazon but after spending months searching for a reasonably priced monitor with what this one offers, I decided to give it a go... And I'm glad I did! Gorgeous quality and comes with inbuilt speakers but I prefer my own speakers. For the price it's one of the best monitors with g-sync at 120hz! I've been using this for 6 months so far and am very happy with it. The image quality is extremely good, and the fast refresh rate makes it great for gaming. If I were nit-picking, the colour isn't quite as good as on my Apple monitor at work, but this is almost twice the size and less than half the price.The joystick controller is a little fiddly, but hardly a deal breaker, and since I set the thing up, I've barely needed to use it anyway.All in all, very impressive and I'd definitely recommend it. One star off, purely for using Hermes as the courier firm. Possibly the worst courier on the planet? Their idea of next day delivery appears to be 'as long as it arrives inside two weeks, and we can just dump it on the doorstep without even ringing the doorbell, that's fine'.

Lets get the negative stuff over and done with first: AOC forgot to place an instruction manual in the box. AOC also forgot to put an English cable needed to connect to the power brick, so i could not switch this monitor on to see if it worked. I had to go to Argos and pay for an American to English plug adapter, now these only cost £1.50p but it's not the point. The screen is also a finger print magnet, again AOC failed to provide anything to clean it with. Amazon sent this out in it's Original packaging without any protective boxing - no common sense what so ever, and they wonder why there is so many items damaged and RMA's.. Also the stand takes up a fare bit of space making the monitor a little close to the eyes.Now the positive: Games on this monitor look amazing. You will have to use the included displayport cable to get the full 144hz refresh rate. I have 8700k with EVGA 1070. I have test CS GO and i got no screen tearing or ghosting at all. I have also tested the HDR functionality using BF1 and it looks excellent, no washed out colours. There is an Acer curved 31.5 display just released that has a 1ms response time, i turned my nose up at this because the brightness on the acer only goes up to 300cdm2 where as this AOC monitor goes up to 400cdm2 making the HDR look far better. I no Arkham Knight is an old game but feck me does it look amazing on this display with all the settings maxed !!As for setting this monitor up go to youtube and search for TotallydubbedHD, and this guy shows how to set the previous version of this monitor up, the settings also work on this newer model.This model has the newer settings UI and is more intuitive than the previous version. Also looks cooler to :)I would recommend this monitor and have no regrets purchasing it.Please excuse the wonky distorted photo's, they were taken with my LG G6 smart phone but for some reason, all the camera's i own do not seem to be able to capture the screens curve in it's full glory.

Good quality monitor, just what you would need for your casual/competitive gaming with a great immersive experience. I was skeptical switching from an IPS to a VA panel but after using this for over a month now I have no regrets and am quite happy with the quality! Got an amazing deal during Black Friday, still worth it at its current price.The only con I would say is the stand which is huge and heavy, the tail is far in the back so ensure you have enough room on your desk to place it, if you have a small desk(I have one which is 56 cm wide and was not enough) it will be in your face and will not leave enough room between you and the monitor, I had to extend mine a bit to push it back by another 10 cms.The gaming led lights and the usb hub is a plus!

Impeccable, j'ai eu un peu peur de me retrouver avec des fuites de lumières comme sont petit frère en 1080p (AOC 24G1) et contrairement a ce dernier aucun soucis de ce coté la malgré une dalle beaucoup plus grande.Prix peut être un peu cher pour du 2K mais grande dalle et très bonne qualité.

J'utilise cet écran depuis 2 ans et 4 mois.La courbure s'oublie très vite et sa grande largeur donne une bonne immersion dans les jeux.Elle permet aussi d'afficher sans problème trois documents Word ou PDF côte à côte ou un Excel avec beaucoup de colonnes !Au niveau couleur , les noirs ne sont pas toujours parfaitement noir sur les bords, mais ce n'est vraiment pas gênant. Je ne me sers pas du son. Il n'est pas mauvais mais celui de mes enceintes est meilleur.La molette de réglage est un peu pénible, mais on ne change pas les réglages tous les jours donc là aussi ce n'est pas un problème.Un achat que je ne regrette pas.

Monitor excelente

Innanzitutto vorrei ringraziare Amazon per il servizio Warehouse, il prodotto era dato come "usato-ottime condizioni". Lo schermo è semplicemente perfetto, ci sono un paio di scratch sulla base ma con un semplice pennarello nero ho coperto tutto. Passiamo al monitor. Premetto che è il mio primo monitor gaming, dopo innumerevoli recensioni, prove e video vari ho deciso per questo.L hdr c'è e funziona, la fluidità è semplicemente pazzesca, vengo da un discreto monitor TV da 27 pollici Samsung. Nonostante gli FPS siano gli stessi la fluidità è migliorata esponenzialmente, per non parlare delle luci.Vengono forniti con un cd, anche dei software per integrare le funzioni del monitor.C'è una grandissima possibiltà di personalizzazione dell'immagine comunque.Molto belli i led e la staffetta per poggiare le cuffie è una vera chicca.Il supporto super regolabile e ben studiato, ottima stabilità e grande margine di movimento.

Premetto che il primo monitor ordinato e correttamente arrivato nei tempi, pur non mostrando nessun segno di usura o danneggiamento, ha smesso di funzionare dopo poche ore dall'acquisto.Ottimo il supporto Amazon che ha prontamente effettuato il reso con sostituzione in tempi non rapidissimi ma accettabili visto l'oggetto ed il suo ingombro.Per quanto riguarda il Monitor, i suoi dettagli tecnici sono reperibili sul sito del produttore, quindi io mi limiterò a fornire delle impressioni dopo poco più di 4 mesi di utilizzo.Il pannello è estremamente limpido e bello da vedere, così come il raggio di curvatura non risulta mai fastidioso e dopo poco vi sembrerà non averlo.Essendo un monitor Nvidia Geforce GSync la vera potenza la si potrà apprezzare solo disponendo di una scheda Nvidia (nel mio caso uno SLI di due 1080TI). La modalità GSYNC potrà essere utilizzata sia in 60Hz che in overclock ovvero a 120Hz. Al proposito, segnalo, che a 120Hz e in modalità GSYNC il pannello crea dei piccoli artefatti nella zona alta nel monitor, ma sto parlando di artefatti più piccoli di un decimo di millimetro e che non noto sempre (mi sa che ho qualche apparato di TLC che fa da disturbo alle alte frequenze).Le connessioni disponibili, anche se non facilmente raggiungibili, rendono il monitor utilizzabile in ogni occasione, disponendo anche di un HUB USB (che supporta anche l'alimentazione dei device di ultima generazione) potete usarlo come replicatore di porte da scrivania.Il tasto di accensione è costituito da un joystick che funge anche da comando per la navigazione dei menù cosa non proprio agile, ma dopo poco ci si fa l'abitudine.Segnalo inoltre la possibilità di abilitare la luce led che illumina sia la base del monitor che il suo retro, le colorazioni disponibili sono il rosso, il verde ed il blu ed è possibile regolarne l'intensità.Comodo anche il supporto per le cuffie, solido e lungo a sufficienza per accogliere le cuffie attualmente presenti in commercio in modo che non risultino mai sovrapposte al campo visivo.Il sistema di regolazione, anche se scomodissimo durante la fase di montaggio del monitor, risulta estremamente comodo da usare e consente di regolare il pesante pannello con una sola mano ed il supporto monitor e fatto in modo da consentire sia il passaggio dei cavi sia il passaggio di un panno per la rimozione della polvere.Durante il funzionamento il monitor non scalda nemmeno in modalità overclock.
