Not overwhelming bass just enhances what is there which is perfect for my setup paired with yamaha amp and old school jbl towers.

Improves the sound of digital piano
I'm using this with our Yamaha P-125 piano plugged into a port in the back to improve the sound of the piano. Wish it would have auto on/off as it's hard to access the rear on/off switch, so I have it pugged in to a Tessan remote control outlet.

Superb for musical instruments like key boards
I just found this item while browsing Amazon looking for better sound for my music setup. Though it gives only the base sound when connected to my Yamaha DGX 670, I connected it through my small amp Yamaha stagepass 400i . Oh my gosh the base sound and and Lower frequency sounds are amazing you can't believe your ears. It's a great addition . Thanks Yamaha and Amazon. I really love it. Unloading , unpacking and connecting is simple even a child can do within 5 minutes. And it fits nicely under the key boards.

Great Bass sound
Just added this Sub woofer to my Yamaha Psr 975 keyboard. What a wonderful addition this woofer Makes. The sound quality and volume control make a perfect addition to any digital piano or keyboard Deep bass sound make the whole sound system very rich.

my yamaha cp4 sounds fantastic .. i didnt know what i was missing with just two yamaha HS7 monitors . this fills in the sounds i didnt know existed.
