I love this pre workout! I’ve tried oxyshred & regular Caffeine. This one is the only one that works for me truly without fatigue or weird jitters. I take half scoop for the first 10-15 mins and then the other half. So my body adjusts slowly while still working in complete. I’ve bought this about three times now. My favorite is the strawberry mango, but I decided to try a new flavor. The raspberry lemonade. It taste super good! It’s sweet and soft to drink. There’s no funky aftertaste like most pre workouts that taste horrific. So no need to dry scoop it. It’s genuinely a good and sweet combo. I think I also like the caffeine content. Green tea extract has better effect then other sources of caffeine content. Definitely as it says high energy pre workout. It’s normal for HR to be in the 160-180 while using this, so take at your own discretion, it wears off after the workout depending how you cool off. Worth the money & so much more cheaper. Has artificial sweeteners, which isn’t a deal breaker for me, but can be for others. It would have a QR code for exact listing of every ingredient measurements because it’s all jumbled up since it’s not FDA reviewed. But still AMAZINNNNNGG product!

I absolutely love this pre-workout supplement. It significantly boosts my energy levels at 5 am, which is crucial for my morning workout. The quality of the product is excellent, and the taste is delightful.

This stuff tastes great and WORKS. Def start with 1/3-1/2 a scoop in 8-12 oz of water cause your heart will start pumping a bit (not in a scary way) due to the caffeine. I have great work outs when I use this and I love the extra added electrolytes and minerals/vitamins. Would be perfect to add to a pre workout shake but I just drink in water.

I love this stuff. The days I drink this I don't need coffee and I have been an avid coffee drinker for 12 years. The flavor is so good. It lasts for me until about 5ishpm but I also have a high caffeine tolerance as well so I'd say that's a win.

I have been looking for a preworkout that doesn’t make me feel like I’m having a heart attack & doesn’t make me itch. This is totally it. I tried half a scoop in 12 oz of water before going to the gym and it gave me a boost of energy but not overwhelming at all. I will try a full scoop tomorrow. The taste is wonderful, a bit sweet but I’d rather sweet than not tasty. As well as that, it mixes wonderful in my shaker bottle and doesn’t leave clumps behind at all which is a plus. I recommend this item to anyone who wants a boost of energy but doesn’t want all the added BS that other pre-workouts consist of.
