I got one that someone returned for a discounted rate. It had a few cosmetic dings that did not effect the pot itself or the fitting of the lid. I LOVE this pot. I cook sauces, soups, and have boiled pasta in it as well. It has performed beautifully. It says dishwasher safe, but I ALWAYS handwash pots, pans & lids. My only complaint is that the handles get very hot as they are directly part of the pot. Like cast iron, you will need a pot holder to hold it in place if you're stirring something thick.

This is a great pot, one thing I would add would be silicone handles since it’s get quite hot. Therefore, stirring becomes somewhat difficult.

Small,but work well

I absolutely love my caldero! Perfect to make rice and soups. The size is just right. I had a small one and couldn’t make much rice so this size is perfect. A must have in the kitchen

I really like cooking in this pot/caldero, is very lightweight and gets very hot quick, at first I didn’t like that the handles get hot, but now that I know it, I always have plenty of kitchen towels around.Is very easy to clean, I have cooked a dozen times in it now, all kinds of food, chicken and rice, stews,. Etc and so far nothing sticks to it, I like the lid as well, this was an excellent find.
