We had to replace our old cordless phone/answering system after several years of service. The manufacturer of teh one we were replacing no longer is in the business so I had to search around for a similar system and this is the closest to what we had. I was a little disappointed that we could only set it up for six handsets (including the one that goes with the base) as I would have liked to have a few other handsets throughout our house, but this works ok. Six is what we had before. Works fine! Even has a few features that the old one didn't.

Have had these phones for a little over a month and I'm very pleased with them. I especially love the call blocking feature. My previous panasonic phones would block 30 numbers. This one blocks 250 numbers. Even though I have a robo call blocker, some calls that are not robo calls come through and all I have to do is push one button. The buttons are big enough for easy sight. Lots of features, even has a voice announcing the call. I ordered the extra phone, so we have four phones. Easy to set up, just follow the directions. Charge before using. Great phone, great price.

When I bought the Panasonic phone ensemble I thought that the three (3) units it included were plenty sufficient. However, after having to leave the comfort of my computer chair too many times, I felt that a phone adjacent to the desk would be welcome. Surprise! All I had to do was contact Amazon, plug in the new unit a couple of days later, and...Voila! I am again productive! Yes, I recommend Panasonic ~ and this phone, if you have the matching base unit!

Landline phone usage - bought these for my mother-in-law - loved them so much we bought ourselves the same phone set. Our last phones worked, but because of visibility becoming more difficult as we get older, we liked these having bigger numbers to see and love the 'call block' feature. It is very simple to install, easy to understand how to use as Panasonic stayed with a lot of the same features - good idea! One person in your reviews mentioned it was hard to push the buttons. Admittingly, the buttons are a little bit more stiff to push - however, it has not been a problem for my mother-in-law (age 92) or my husband and I. But if you have arthritis in the fingers - this could cause a problem for you.

I purchased this phone to put in our Sunroom, but have been unable to connect it to the base unit even though I purchased the same handset about a month earlier and it connected to the base unit and is wotking perfectly.

Simple to pair with the base

Can’t try this phone out, because it clearly states “ batteries included” and, guess what? No batteries! So annoyed right now. Had to order rechargeable batteries, at extra cost, because no batteries anywhere!
