On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being super-crinkly, I would say these are a 6. However, if you add snug plastic pants on over them the crinkly-ness goes down to about a 3.

Q: What size are the extra large?

I wear a medium, which goes up to a 36-inch waist; so, extra-large should add about 12 inches to that, and go up to about a 48-inch waist.
