This is a beautifully presented journal. It's nicely made and looks fantastic. Plenty of pages for reflection and it also includes mindfulness activities.

Really beautiful
I got this for a family member who has just started CBT therapy. I really wish these had existed when I had therapy 15 years ago. This is a really beautiful, thick book that is absolutely full of helpful prompts as you progress through your guided therapy. It looks and feels expensive but mainly, I love that it feels like a friend! Gentle and carefully crafted, I can highly recommend this

This therapy journal its great.Helps to think and makes the right questions so we can reflect about everything we're going through and find closing to all we've been through.Very calming case and inside. This book has a beautiful feel, the cover is a lovely material. There are loads of pages to write, answer questions regarding your thoughts and feelings in therapy, your own personal journey through and growth. There are also pages for colouring and mindfulness. A great tool to have.
