Urea isn’t dangerous on its own necessarily, but in the fermentation process, it can contribute to the production of Ethyl carbamate which is a carcinogen and in some studies has been shown to contribute to the growth of cancer cells.

This is a yeast nutrient, not a yeast. Max ABV would depend on the type of mash you are fermenting and the type of yeast you are using as well as temperature and pH etc. Adding this in the appropriate amount to your mash is optional, it is designed to improve yeast health, making a stronger fermentation, but is not required. I have used this with multiple different grains with good success.

Do i also need fermaid O or just k for making mead ?

Either will be a fine choice! Fermaid O is organic and has no DAP, while Fermaid K does have DAP. Both are yeast nutrient and will help you with your end goal!
