This stuff is fantastic relief for my chronic allergies that manifest as sinus and lung congestion and inflammation. You must follow the directions and eat something a little while after taking it, and in my experience that food has to be carbohydrate rich (like, a piece of toast/bread with peanut butter for example). You'll know that the pill has begun to break down in your body by a eucalyptus/ menthol kind of taste. I find this actually very pleasant; the sensation provides noticeable relief in my throat and nose/sinuses. It is a bit pricey, but I'm hoping I may be able to replace another sinus/lung supplement with this and that'll kind of balance out the cost overall in my budget. All in all, one of the better medications I've tried for relatively quick relief of chronic sinus and lung discomfort.

I've ordered more of this- I was coming down with bronchitis and this shortened the duration and intensity of my illness. Usually I have to take an antibiotic and this saved me from having to do so! Also took in conjunction with benadryl and bronkaid.

We have been surprised by the way this product works. It does seem as though cold symptoms are alleviated quickly when taking Myrtol. I think I read somewhere that Myrtol can thin the blood. I am not sure about that information. I want to leave the caution on here about blood thinning possibilities. I couldn't find the article about that subject a week after I had read it online.

I am taking this with Mucinex for mucus plugs from Emphysema. It seems to be working as the mucus is thinner and easier to bring up. I now very rarely have serious coughing fits.

Very good product, I used to take these many many years ago when I had colds in Germany. I’m glad they are now available here. Drug free. Price is ok for US medication prices even though they are a fraction of the price in Europe.

This worked for me and helped to short-circuit a bad sinus infection. From now on it will be what I turn to first for sinus infections or bronchial issues.

Good stuff to break up the gunk in your chest. Take with a big glass of cold water on empty stomach. Make sure to eat something about 20 minutes after taking it though.
