Revising my review. After 2 weeks of using these to help me fall asleep. They have stopped working. I have only slept a total of 7 hours in the last 2 days. I can fall asleep but wake up less than 3 hours later and cannot get back to sleep until mid morning and sleep for another 1-2 hours
