These adorable monsters are perfect for my yearly challenge to make 1 toy a month and leave it with a note in one of the Hospital waiting rooms where someone who could use a smile can take it and give it a good home. They are cute, gender neutral and the patterns are very well written and easy to follow.

Great book with easy to read patterns along with image references for certain steps of the pattern to help you get am idea of what your working on should look like or how it should be put together. Only problem with my copy is the front cover looks to have black stuff smeared on it or maybe it had been stepped on.

Perfect for beginners and pros. Step by step stitch instructions. Step by step construction with pictures for each step of the projects. Beautifully done pictures and super creative fun projects. Highly recommend!!!

For the most part, the patterns are well written and the pictures help. There are patterns suited to every level of experience.I have found it difficult to get the weight yarn in the colors I need, so I just use the size that I have and the monsters end up a little bigger, but they're still cute.

Directions are easy to follow with written and photos. This is a good book of patterns for experienced crocheters. A lot of sewing pieces together involved (as with most amigurumi). Make sure to have your tapestry needle at the ready.

I bought this book for my wife, who is experienced in crocheting, but never done much Amigurumi. She immediately fell in love with these monsters and started making them, sometimes enlarging some of their original proportions to make the all the same size. The instructions are easy to follow and it is really a fun book for all crocheting enthusiasts. The only problem is you will end up with monsters everywhere! (Luckily most of them found other children to love, as they were all made for fun.) Great design and great book! Strongly recommended.

I love the designs and have made one monster so far but was frustrated by two mistakes in the pattern, I wouldn't buy this book for a beginner as these errors will likely put them off making them feel like they can't read the pattern properly!

As an addicted crocheter, i have quite a few crochet books & many pattern. This is my absolute favourite book... it’s beautiful & clear to follow... the monsters are all adorable & all created by different pattern designers... love working my way through them.

This book is an absolute brilliant! My 12 year old daughter who is still a bit of a newcomer to crochet, picked up this book and has been crocheting monsters with ease, instructions are clear and well explained and a true delight to make. If you are unsure, don't be, their are really well sized and will be a delightful gift for people of all ages! Truly inspiring and fun patterns!

Fun and varied designs with easy to follow instructions and clear photos for added guidance. I envision a room filled with cute lil monsters in my very near future.
