THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! In 1 week my chronic severe fatigue is almost gone, I slept a solid 8 hours for the first time in 5 years, my chronic pain is actually tolerable now, my mind is clear, I am alert, my memory better, I feel ALIVE again. I knew that there had to be some way to help my body regenerate from all the damage to it that started with a diagnosis of terminal metastatic cancer 12 years ago. All the surgeries to remove cancer, tumors, organs and even a portion of my spine caused brain, muscle, nerve, bone and organ damage. You don't need nor want to hear the details of my health nightmare. It scares even the very brave. What you need to know is for the last 8 years I have tried just about every supplement (and medicine)I could find.I was desperate.! Some helped a little here or there but nothing like the NADH. After researching and studying all the medical findings about NADH I decided for $20 I'd give it a try and I am glad I did. I choose this particular product because being a sublingual tablet (dissolves under your tongue) you don't lose anything in digestion so you get the full effect of the dosage. I got my first bottle about 10 days ago. I took 20mg (2 tabs) when I woke up for the first 3 days. Day 1 I was more alert, but no real physical change. Day 2 I had more energy, but by the end of day 3 for the first time in over 5 years I had a solid 8 hours of sleep. On day 4, I went from having barely enough energy to take a shower and feed myself pre-made food to trimming my trees, doing laundry and I even went swimming! On day 5 through 7 I dropped to taking 10mg (1 tab as recommended) the results have been absolutely mind blowing. The effects have been communicative and each day my energy, stamina, alertness grows and my pain level dropped significantly. Today I will drop to 1/2 a tab (5mg) because the last 2 days I am having a hard time staying asleep longer then 4 hours. Too much energy and alertness. If you read about NADH (you can find several medical and other articles online) they tell you that taking a high dose longer then a week can cause insomnia. If you are going to take it for an extended period of time the recommended dose is 2.5 to 5 mg a day. But everyone is different, each of us have our own unique physiology, like snowflakes. Excellent supplement. Once in a while I have trouble locating NADH in 10 mg, but, so far, I have been able to locate them on Amazon every time.

Can definitely tell a difference when I take them.

I like the sublingual option. Hopefully, these pills were help me stay mentally and physically sharp.

Deceptive Packing. I should have read the reviews. This description says you're getting 10 mg and 20 tablets. But when you receive the package, you have to take TWO of the tablets to get 10 mg. So, this is a 5 mg bottle. Shameful!If I had not opened it and wrote all on the bottle I'd return it.
