Also double check your ethernet cable is a good one (I like Cat6 flats or the thin snagless cables) and switch port are enabled for PoE (mine was disabled initially and thought the cable was bad) and it'll just work like magic. Connected it to my Zyxel PoE switch, HA box powered up and runs just fine. One of those things you don't notice it's there when it's going its job.
