It looks good, but the design is very bad. First, it is very light and thin at the base, as result it is not stable and very easy to fall. It cause me very bad skin burning.

Its a quality product its has dubble glass in it which keep tha outer side cool even it had hkt coffee in it and also tgw size of the cup is good its even bigger form normel cups. recomended

I was just looking for a coffee cup because I would rather make cups more often than drink the stale bottom half of a cup.I didn't realize these were designed with the inside not touching the outside. I am really happy that I can steady my cup with my second hand while drinking without burning my fingers. The insulated design works very, very well.I can't tell what kind of glass it is. It feels like plastic because it's so light and smooth, but it can't be plastic because I would taste or smell that with how hot my coffee is, and the plastic would soak in stains.Obviously it's just a very thin layer of glass wrapped around in such a way as to keep the heat from touching the outside.Anyway, outstanding product.
