Nice watch, light, easy to use
Easy to use, good size to wear I would same more for a lady than a man. Doing up is ok, I can see the strap wearing out at that point but it does come with a spare strap.Down side is - App has call settings so you can get calls in but the watch doesn't seem to be able to connect via bluetooth Not a big problem for me but might be for others.App is easy to use as well. Step counter seems to fairly close to what my other walking app says so .

Lovely watch, great customer service
I was very pleased with my watch but unfortunately after four months it stopped charging. I emailed the company, not really expecting to hear anything back. Just three days later I recieved a response, apologising for the relaid response and the fact that the watch had stopped charging. I was asked to supply order number, that was when I realised that the watch had been much cheaper than I had thought, if I had realised how little I had paid for it I probably would not have emailed. The company did not hesitate in offering me a replacement, which I am very happy to accept as its a great little watch especially for such a low price. Brilliant customer service. Well done.

1/2 the battery life promised and no support
I ordered this watch in June 2024 and it’s been a disappointment. It is supposed to have a battery life that lasts 24 hours, but I’ve been lucky if I get 12. I have to keep charging it any chance I get, or I loose the steps each time the battery runs out. I need the steps for a couple of walking apps I use. This has become increasingly frustrating. I’ve contacted support, but not heard a peep from them. I’ve waited over 4 month for a reply. The support is only given on the IOWODO web site, NOT through Amazon, so you don’t get the excellent Amazon resolution support. It is now end of October and I’ve been for an hours walk with the dogs. The watch tells me I’ve done 486 steps 😂, my iPhone tells me it’s 7572 steps… I know which one I believe… I walk fast, so I usually do closer to 10000 in an hour. I still haven’t heard back from support. Don’t buy this watch, it is useless!I would not recommend this company or the watch.

Okay for a few months.
Worked perfectly for about 4.5 months and then suddenly the battery starts going down quickly and the watch doesn’t sync with the phone to receive text messages or calls and my step record is obliterated.

Nice slim smart watch
Sweet 'lady's sized watch.I have bought this watch twice now after discovering after 6 months that it doesn't like saunas.Nice little smart watch. Plenty of choice of faces. Although it would be nice if they updated them occasionally. There are way too many Christmas ones.The app is easy Although I often have to relink app to watch. It's charge is really good. I think I only charge it once a week. Although it says it is OK to go swimming with I don't. After the original watches sauna death. Overall I'm happy with it.

Looks great but poor functionality
Bought for my son’s birthday, looks lovely, the green one is a nice colour, soft strap but tricky for little hands to fasten. Easy to set up with App and seemed to work. Noticed calorie count was 124 for a 12 hour period which included 12000+ steps & loads of strenuous activity. Reset the watch but no change in the following days, it’s just not accurate. Last night it recorded no sleep at all. Product support link provided by Amazon does not work. Product website does not have a help or troubleshooting page. Today the heart rate function is intermittent so I feel I have no option but to return it and choose another option. If that doesn’t work then it’s back to Fitbit 🙄

Brilliant Service
*** Below was my original Review *** Please see updated Review further down ***I bought this for a present for my friend her Birthday was on the 01/10/22 she loved it, but has called me today just over 2 months later to say it's not working she has tried everything, Amazon don't want to know as it's over 30 days which is unfair as like anything it should have a 12 months guarantee with them all's I want is a replacement.I have sent a message to the company so just waiting to hear back from them,Not good customer service AmazonI will update this review once I get any updates from either Seller or Amazon.************************************************************************************************** Updated Review ***Hi I have updated this review as I need to let people know what a brilliant service I have received from this supplier, they have replaced this watch very quickly and sent my friend a new one, which she was delighted with as she really likes this watch, the after care has been excellent they have been in touch to make sure the replacement was received and if I had any further for me to contact them, so please don't worry if you do have any issues just contact the supplier and they will help you, Thanks again from a very happy customer
