Large and vibrant display. Worth the money
I have 4 children. So my walls have become completely covered with framed photos. I decided to invest in this digital frame to capture and display the memories in a Space saving way.this model was best value for size and features..I'm very happy with it.The image resolution and color display is awesome!! Vibrant and crisp! Set-up is very simple. The app is user-friendly and fun to use. Works seamlessly with my Samsung galaxy. It came in a presentable box suitable for gifting~ debating on purchasing one as a gift for my mother-in-law.My family enjoys its auto rotating feature and the touchscreen. It has ample storage space. It makes a great addition to the living-room.modern and high- end looking.Well worth the price

A nice photo, but lots of glitches
I bought this photo viewer to screen photos of my son after his sudden death. The picture quality is good, but it has lots of glitches. One thing is its losing internet connectivity (when no other connected items do) despite being only a few feet from the router, and its frequent beeping to tell us it has lost connectivity. (I'd like to just turn wi-fi off, but apparently it requires wi-fi, keeping it available to hackers.) Another is the appearance after a few weeks of a white screen that pops up for several seconds every 5 minutes or so that says "do not unplug while device is running." I may have found the answer to that online (time will tell): turn the frame off, then unplug it for 5 minutes, then restart. But it doesn't say this in the manual; I had to search online, and why hasn't this glitch been fixed in a firmware update? The device turns off each night, so why isn't that sufficient to reboot it? But by far the most irritating problem is in importing photos. I have 7,000 or so photos I wanted to include, and the fastest way to transfer them is to upload them to a flash drive (only only a flash drive in certain formats will be readable; you have to search online for this information also) or SD card and then download the photos to the frame. However, even though I've tried 3 or 4 brand new flash drives and about as many SD cards, the photos all seem to be present in duplicate: one actual copy of the photo and one blank, white-screen copy of the photo which apparently includes only the photo's metadata but no image. So, if you navigate to the flash drive, hit select all, and then download all of the photos in one quick step, then every other photo displayed will be a white screen with an blue icon in the middle. The only way to avoid this is to erase the digital frame, then go through all 7,000 photos one-by-one and select every other photo, skipping a few random photos that don't even display a single image (although all were viewable on my laptop). This is frustrating, time-consuming, and indicative of a product that was rushed to market without any effort to work out the kinks. In retrospect , I would have been much better off buy a small TV screen or monitor, plug in a Roku, and screen the photos on Plex or some similar software. I'm still using this, but in my opinion, it's not ready for prime time. I'm only writing such a long review because of the vast amount of time I've had to invest to try to work out the kinks, which has been a real irritation.

Love it! Easy to setup. Looks great on the wall.
My family loves this 21” digital picture frame. The large screen makes it easy to enjoy the picture from across the room. The app was easy to set up on my phone. The included instruction manual was also easy to follow. The wall mount was not difficult to install. The wall mount made it easy to swing it from portrait to landscape orientation. I can now load all my family pictures up from my phone. With the app on my wife’s phone, she can also upload pictures from her phone. This also includes videos with sound.A few things I wish they could have made better:1) crappy remote control has this annoyingly loud clicking sound for every button.2) single remote volume button only goes upwards, so you have to increase the volume to the max before it goes back to silence.3) I cannot see what is on the frame from the phone app.4) (partially on me) haven’t figured out how to get the batch upload to work, otherwise I am limited to uploading 9 photos at a time5) if I want to delete a picture, then I have to go through the on screen menu using the loud remoteWould I recommend this to friends and family? YesCheapskate verdict: worth the money.

Leaves a lot to be desired
I recently purchased this screen to replace a "Memento" screen that finally stopped working after 5 years. That company is no longer in business and it took me a while to find anything close to it to use as a replacement. This screen has a lot going for it, but it is not without it's issues:Pros:The matting and framing of the screen make it look like a traditional photo frame and not "just another screen".The app to upload photos to the screen is intuative and easy to use.The screen looks great when looked at head on at eye level. The screen was very easy to mount on the wall and very easy to setup.Cons:The viewing angles of the screen are poor. You need to be looking at it face on at eye level to get the best view and if you go too far off you can quickly tell it's a screen. The quality of the screen is very middle of the road LCD. Textures and colors are bland and it makes your photos look bland. The "swivel" mount does not actually swivel. You pick if you want it mounted horizontal or vertical and that's it. You have to take the frame off the mount to rotate it.The screen has what appears to be a built in photo sensor for adaptive brightness, but that is not an option in the settings. I have no idea what the photo sensor is for.Their is no way to send photos from a computer to the screen. You either have to send photos from the phone app or from an SD card. You can only set one sleep time for the screen. It would be nice for the screen to automatically go to sleep not only at night but also during the day when no one is home. The format of 16:9 is geared towards people who mainly take cell phone pictures. If you are getting this frame to display more professional pictures, it would be nicer is a 3:2 format.Summary:For the price it is hard to find anything better on the market right now. This intended consumer for this looks to be someone displaying cell phone pictures and not armature or professional photographers. While this screen leaves a lot to be desired for the price point it does just enough that I enjoy it and would recommend it for certain applications.

Good picture quality and easy to set up
After around 3 months the remote quit working I was getting very agitated by not being able to reach customer service through the 800 number. I decided to try emailing. Immediately a great service rep named Becky returned my e-mail. She made sure I received a new remote which solved the problem. Overall I have been pleased with the frame and service. I do wish they offered a touchscreen. When I purchased mine one was not offered. On other sites I have seen a lot of really bad reviews about customer service just wanted to share my experience. Customer service listened closely to my concern and even offered to send a pre-addressed label to return the frame with if replacing the remote did not correct the problem
