If assembled better this bag would perfect. I so want to give this a 5 star review. it was packaged nicely and super fast shipping. Product was better than described at first glance. However when I unpacked and started to fill the bag with contents of my old briefcase i noticed there is a spot where they missed a whole row of stitching. Upon further inspection, there is fraying at some of the seams, and basically stitching that holds the bag together is just shoddy. I'm now forced to leave a bad review and return the product and look for another bag that has a better QA process.

I’m late on the review, but still holds true. After LESS than 2 months of regular use, the lining started to fall apart. I could forgive this, but then walking through the airport, the METAL gave way. Metal ring simply broke off.Beautiful bag, lots of compliments. Bummed to have to throw it away.Durability was awful. I travel for business regularly and take exceptional care of my bags/luggage.

I just can't say enough good things about this item. I purchased it for my son as a graduation present when he earned his Master's degree. I wanted something that he could enjoy for many years and I believe I have been successful. The product is absolutely beautiful and very well made. I would recommend it to anyone and will likely purchase another one when my daughter graduates. Customer service is A+. When the bag arrived there was a minor problem with the snap on the shoulder strap. I contacted the seller and he immediately replied, confirmed my address, and in a few days I received a replacement part. I would love to give this product and service 6 stars.

This bag smells like a goat. I think the smell will fade with time but this is typical of goat leather.I purchased this bag because it was one of few with silver hardware as opposed to the typical bronze. I liked the hardware. I didn’t like the color. I was expecting a brown or tan color and the bag I received is red/cordovan. Not a bad color leather, just not what I wanted. The leather on the corners was a little rough but probably could be conditioned.Not bad for goat leather and for the price.

Such a great bag! I love the sturdiness and handmade quality of this piece and you can tell it is made with care from the exceptional leather detailing to the canvas inside interior. This will certainly be with me for years! I can’t wait but nail it ages a bit and takes on its own unique personality... and BTW the personal note from thee owner is a great touch!

The bag I a wonderful value. It's stiff still, but it's slowly losening up. The bag is wonderfully made and you can tell whoever made it poured their heart into the bag.

I bought this bag almost a year ago now, and I can say one year later I still love this bag. I take it to work every day. It is large enough to hold my computer as well as a large volume of other items. It is durable with minimum scuffing, no scratching and the product remains in great condition. Strap is relatively comfortable. Coloring of the bag is great in person. Only complain of the whole product, the back zipper is threaded into the inner lining of the bag, and small threads tend to appear around the zipper. Easy to cut off, doesn't damage the bag but is worth noting.

I always wanted a case like this. When I opened this up I was very excited and happy with the quality and craftsmanship.
