A close friend of mine used to race dirt bikes. He was one of those people that could fly over the loop-de-loos in one jump. In other words, he was CRAZY!Inevitably, as caution was never a word in his vocabulary, he had a bad crash. He was surgically reassembled and repaired, with only a mildly faint gimp in his gait due to a fused ankle. The doctors also patched up his common-sense; he quit racing.As we got older, we both noticed our increased "complaining" about our war-wounds (mine came from 16 seasons of Lacrosse and a few spills off of my Mountain Bikes). On December 6th of last year, he swore up and down and left and right about this SPM Max stuff, frankly because I mentioned the bone-scraping raw pain emanating from my surgically repaired left knee, especially trying to go downstairs! Mind you, this knee was only given a 5 year warranty 23 years ago! I bought it.I noticed its effect by the third day, and not just in my knee. I have had hand, shoulder, and knee surgeries, broken all but one finger in my hands, lost track of how many stitches I have received after 200, and my 6 Lacrosse trophies disguised as front teeth that remind me of my reckless glory days of yesteryears gone by - and my tendonitis - are all better! My knee especially, then I noticed the rest that followed as unintended yet thankful consequences.This is nothing short of a miracle! I cannot recommend it enough!

Doublewood Supplements always come shipped fast. The SPM supplement has some verified studies to read and it sounds like it maybe helpful for out Aunt that has Dementia. We are looking forward to this supplement possibly helping with inflammation. The latest studies show that Dementia is caused by a buildup of a byproduct of inflammation that happens in the Brain, it is a possibility for the SPM to break the blood brain barrier according to one report I read. We are just hopping for help to hold on as long as we can. I also have ordered the Tudca bile salt for her from Doublewood. She has been taking one a day for about a Month. As caretakers we have seen some improvement in our Aunt. She has late-stage Dementia. Thank You, Doublewood for providing such a great variety of supplements at a great price.

I was hoping it was a one time problem I had had, but my most recent purchase doesn't help me and has the last digit in the 4 digit year rubbed off. It's like they think people can't tell it's expired product, as though their benefits are mere placebo effect. It's not placebo, and it's obvious when the product fails to work. I'll try and upload a picture later.]While I can't completely rule out coincidence, this product seemed to make whatever pokes at me in my neck/jaw area much more mobile, and I may have actually experienced permanent structural improvement. I have had similar increased mobility with a few other kinds of anti-inflammatory probucts, and a few of the newer forms of magnesium (though not with NSAIDs for some reason). This makes me believe this is very effective against inflammation.I'm also excited that some data suggests this is useful for healing tendons. I still don't know exactly what kind of tissue I have hurt in my back, but I like to think this stuff may help. Sadly I haven't been carefully monitering my back while trying double wood's SPM (for a couple weeks), and don't know if it was helpful there.The softgels are more diamond/football shaped than the usual oval, fairly clear like vitamin E softgels, and on the small side making them easy to swallow. I noticed no stomache upset, and I have a sensitive stomache. All in all I think it's an excellent supplement from a favorite brand.

Wow ! It is awesome. I don’t think I can survive without it.I now have Rheumatoid arthritis, and also my regular arthritis, and 5 joint replacements. So I am a great test subject. I am not a good candidate for regular medicine , and that’s fine because. I Believe in natural supplements first.Your product works and does not bother my stomach. I noticed a lot less stiffness and inflammation. I love to crochet and have not done so , because of pain in my hands. They are slowly getting better and I am back to my beloved craft. The media could not be loaded. Ok I’m starting to become a fanboy of Double Wood products. But with good cause everything they put up works and trust me. We use a lot of their products. I have degenerative disc in three places in my back the worst being the L5 to S1 joint, which no longer has a disc. I lifted heavy rock for two hours as a border around our fire pit. What would’ve taken three days to recover from without SPM took 16 hours and I was functioning better than I have in a long time, happy side effect was the neuropathy in my feet abated as well

I had no idea what the ibuprofen had done to my body until having a recent back surgery that wouldn't heal. I was taking upwards of 2000mg a day for pain. I found out Ibuprofen actually slows healing and causes more bad than good, especially post surgery. I found SPM and have never felt better. My stomach doesn't hurt, my back feels like it's healing now and the frequent migraines are pretty much gone. SPM is expensive, but this brand here delivers the same results for literally half the price. Ditch the Asprin!!!

I'd taken a SPM supplement by a different manufacturer in late 2022. I felt it did help me, but was price prohibitive for on-going use. I was SO happy to see doublewood offer SPM. Doctors have been unable to determine what my issue is; MS, chronic fatigue, EBV reactivation are some possibilities, but my inflammation is always elevated. I'm feeling MUCH better taking Doublewood SPM and look forward to continuing it.
