Salt Water Taffy

I was familiar with Shriver's from my childhood and knew how good it was. My husband enjoys taffy but had never had FOR REAL salt water taffy. His eyes lit up like a little kid when he tried this for his birthday. Him and our daughter loved trying all of the flavors. Very nicely packaged. Will definitely purchase again.

There was a slight pinch of extra sugar for my taste, everyone has their own preference. Some flavors were stronger than others. The shapes are long with an additional piece of wrapping rolled around each Taffy. This company has been producing Taffy for a long time. Nice to bring to the beach.

I really like this taffy, altho I did not like having to buy a mixed box, There were some flavors I did not care for and some of the taffy seemed dry ? But I wanted to try it. I had some from Gatlinberg Taffy company that is SO much softer and flavorful.....This was packaged very nice and looks nice, I just wasn't sold on the weird flavors that you have to get with the ones I liked.

Yum. These are delicious I recommend. The texture is great. They’re soft, but they do not stick to your teeth.

I really really wish I could give 5 stars. But I must be honest. Beautiful texture! I loved that they didn’t have a very strong salty taste, I also love the idea of them being in rolls. Two draw backs for me. The flavors were very light so light I could barely make out what it was. I could pick up on the minty ones, and a couple of fruity flavors and the rest I couldn’t say what it was but not tasty. Don’t be afraid to add strong enough flavors! Second advertisement is important! These candies were expensive! You show them as being uniform in the box by color and filled to the rim. I wish I had taken a pic of them. My box was half empty and they were all mixed up! Looked nothing like advertisement. I would also suggest offering boxes that only have fruity flavors! I might have picked up on 4 fruity flavors. I will be happy to try them again😊

Shriver's has been my favorite taffy ever since I was a kid. I moved away from home and thought I couldn't taste it again! Not too long ago, I had a medical accident that affected my quality of life. Ever since then, I've been knocking things off my bucket list. How happy am I that I got to achieve this goal! Thank you Shriver's for making this possible for me! You unlocked happy memories, and helped me make new memories for me and my children.
