One note - the box it arrived in was VERY heavy - a challenge for two grown adults to move, even with a dolly. The box arrived damaged, and the company quickly shipped a replacement part for the part that was damaged in shipping. Great service. My daughter loves the bar, and is confident using it. Review: Amazing customer service and great product - When I received the box I could immediately tell it had been crushed and it was partially open which was no fault of the seller it was due to the shipper ( FEDEX). When I open the box everything was intact except the bar itself had been crushed on the end where the bar was open and it was completely unusable. The rest of the product seemed very well made and very sturdy. desertcart only gave me the option of returning the entire thing for a refund but I didn't want to return the entire thing I just wanted to replacement part for the bar. The mat and the rest of the structure was perfectly intact. I reached out to the seller and they responded almost immediately at 6:00 p.m. at night and they were incredibly helpful in responsive , someone was emailing back and forth with me almost all night and by the next morning they had shipped out a replacement bar. I am beyond thankful I went with this company and I will absolutely be doing business with them again.
