This was recommended to me by one of my PT friends...and its made a difference in my recovery from trigger-finger surgery. I experienced some soreness and stiffness in my middle finger and my palm after surgery and using this tool to work out some of the fascia stiffness really made a difference. Iʻm almost back to full strength in my finger and I recover quicker after my workouts (lifting) now.

Great size and shape. Effective on muscle and easy to grip.

I enjoy this simple tool. It is shaped in a way to get large areas and into small areas. You can warm it up to make the muscle relax even more and using lotion or oil (no diddy) will make it glide over your skin even easier.

I found a long flat and narrow ocean smoothed rock that does a similar job so I decided to return it.I would have preferred solid steel piece, being slightly heavier. The piece feels light and hallow, It's a nice piece, but the rock I found did the job just a well and felt nicer to the touch and was heavier than the hallow smoothen out steel ninja star shape piece.

Product was not in box with other items. Return system does not allow missing item, only missing parts. Got another right away, but must Return the item I never received or I'll be charged again! Is it possible to talk to a human?
