Best laptop with affordable price
The laptop received was in very good condition, the touch pad and mouse button seem not original but works as they should. Received it with windows 11 but no Microsoft office. I m not a huge fan of Microsoft office so no regrets as i use Libreoffice a free alternative for Microsoft office so that was OK for me. Not a single scretch on screen, display is fabulous. Most importantly it has dual battery which gives me a combined backup of around 6hrs. Over was a good choice.

Quality of the laptop
Satisfied with the purchase of this laptop as there are minimal scractches ( not visible) battery backup is also good. Got the charger and laptop in a well packed box. Performance wise I am not going to use it for the gaming but it is very good for every day use and coding stuff.

Issue Reported of Key Board and Battery Backup issue
The unit is good but breakdown of key board & battery back issue reported within warranty period of six month and to replace key board with new one they charged Rs.300 is really disappointing and against policy.. Still the laptop having battery backup issue and loosing backup in short period. Request with Amazon to look into the matter and take-up with supplier to replace with new one.
