Bought just because, and I love it
I got this mug just because I liked the photos of it, but wow do I love it. It hasn’t left my side since I got it, it’s the perfect size for my beverages both hot and cold. It’s also very lightweight for how tough and how well it performs with insulation.

Open the lid when you cover the cup with hot liquid or it won’t close
Open the lid when you cover the cup with hot liquid or it won’t close, then close the lid. I kept trying to put the top on with the lid closed and it kept popping up. I finally got a clue and opened the lid and it closed. It works great and does not leak.

Great mug!
Love this mug. It looks as nice as advertised and retains heat very well. I use it only at home since I’m one to forget I have hot drinks out and they end up going cold. This has prevented that problem!

Not a good lid
The media could not be loaded. Not fond of the lid. Allows liquid to sit on top (pictured) and even if stopper is closed the liquid on top can still leak from other side if tilted (video).Does keep my coffee warm.Handle is pretty good, would like it to be a little wider but that’s due to my hand and wrist problems

Cup not comfortable to sip out of - hole to far from cup edge
The cup works well and holds heat well. I bought it because the lid was easy to clean. But the hole to sip out of is far from the edge of the cup and so it's not easy to sip out of it. You literally have to slurp to get fluid. I also found the lid very hard to take off. It is easy to clean. I wish the sipping hole was closer to the edge of the cup for easier sipping.

I love these cups!!!! The best
I’m replacing all my coffee cups with these just ordered 4 more. They are so cute too! We drink tea at night and coffee in the morning. They come with lids and keep everything hot. Why in the world have I been using normal coffee cups? My family loves them. And the price is great!
