Electric Motor 36 Volt DC 500 Watt 24 Amp for Scooter Bike Go-Kart Mini Bikes Model Numbers MY1020 Reversible with 11 Teeth Sprocket #25 Chain 6.35 Pitch

I purchased an Electric Motor 36 Volt DC 500 Watt 24 Amp MY1020 from sensornation one month ago for my Razor Ecosmart scooter. After installing it, I was climbing a long incline and the motor overheated. The heat from the motor damaged the bearings and they started making a growling noise. Since I am overweight, climbing the hill was not a wise thing to do. I know it was not the fault of the motor. I contacted sensornation and asked if they could help me out and they were very friendly and helpful. They have offered to send me some replacement bearings free of charge so I can repair the motor. It is very refreshing to deal with someone so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Mounted this on my kids ground force kart with a mx550 controller for the dirt bike and wired in my 2 18v makita drill batteries =36v (40v peak) and this thing came alive kart up and goes with easy now with me on it (230lbs)And my kids 30lbs and 60lbs so 300lbs total roughly. 2 sets of batteries on for a total of about 25 mins and motor was just a little warmer then i would like but i am not complaining for the amout of run time per the wieght we had on it and controller still coldKids are happy

Stopped working after a few weeks

Was exactly what we needed for my sons bike. Seems to be working out well. Arrived on time.

Works great as a replacement for mx500 razor.
