The product was good but the customer service department for the seller was not. I wanted to return the product as it was not right for me. A long story but in the end I had to get Amazon involved. Only then did they sort out the problem of the return. Thank you Amazon.

This item was easily to put together, and I'm not someone who is good at putting things together. Took less than 5 minutes and it stores my DVDs together in one place.Doesn't take up much space and really helps the room look tidy.Highly recommended. I have just ordered a second one.

Very easy to assemble compact and fits in small spaces and value for money

I was not surprised at the quality of this item after reading other reviews. The item arrived bent at the top and was easy to but straight but the chrome coating has flaked off in the area that was damaged. The base is coated chip board and not solid wood and because of the way the base is made with a router you can not use the spanner supplied and so can only tighten to finger tight. The rack is made for a DVD case size, but some reviews mention if fit all games console games, but I found them too small for game cube cases, but could just slide in Nintendo Wii cases which has made the purchase worthwhile and does the job to tidy these up. If I had paid more I would have returned it and as my headline says it was cheap and poorly mass produced.

Very easy to assemble takes about 5 mins to put together and sturdy highly recommend.

I have quite a few of these and they are great. Sturdy and very good value. I have even stacked them two high, to utilize vertical height for efficiency. Sadly, they are no longer available anywhere online- what happened?? Amazon, please bring these back!
