This pillow was hard and firm when I first got it takes a while to break in and soften up it is great when sleeping on your back with a cpap and does alleviate neck and back pain still have not found a comfortable spot with sleeping on the side.

I was skeptical about rhis pillow. I have had my cpap for about 1 1/2 years and struggled with it. I am a side sleeper and haven’t worn it every night because of the issues with it. I received this pillow same day as ordered and for the first time, I slept so good with no mask issues at all. The pillow is awesome. The cpap clinics should tell you about this when they give you the cpap. I use a nasal mask. They should also tell you about putting Vaseline on your lips. Another game changer. I wish I had known about it long ago. I will share with my cpap friends to give it a try! If anything changes I will update my review.

The pillow is very comfortable and the contoured main body is excellent for good head position while sleeping. I would rate the pillow at least 4 stars, except for the me and my cpap masks (small size full mask) I would still like the side design cut outs to be a little larger, so I can actually use the middle of the pillow instead of just the ends. I'll admit that I was a bit skeptical about this CPap Pillow when I first purchased it. I kept looking for a pillow that would work for what I needee for the way that I sleep, nuzzled face into the pillow and arm under the pillow directly under where my head goes. I wasn't sure this pillow or any other pillow like it would work. But I liked the different features of this pillow, plus the price, and decided it was worth the chance that I'd take to try it. I'm happy that I ordered it. This pillow exceeded my expectations and that makes me extremely happy. I can comfortably nuzzle my face into the little depressions on either side and not have my mask being pulled or shifted off of my face, and there are no more air leaks. I also sleep more soundly and I can still sleep with my arm under my pillow. The pillow is very soft to the touch, and the memory foam conforms around your head then bounces back to repeat the next time you lay on it. It comes with a removable cover on it, but I still put my own pillow case to protect it wven more. I highly recommend this is you're using a breathing maching like an AutoPap, CPap, BiPap, or Similar machine.

Being new to CPAP treatment, I was using my typical dense foam pillow, but was getting leaks when laying on side due to pillow pushing the mask. This caused a lot of waking and frequent leaks. After recieving my HOMCA pillow, even the first night allowed me to for the first time sleep all night. The pillow is comfortable , and the cutouts on the ends allow the mask to stay where it belongs without being moved by the pillow. The manufacturer offered an extra "riser" to put under the pillow to raise its height, if needed. I requested this after receiving the pillow (there is a scan code on the pillow wrapper for customer service) and even on the weekend they responded quickly and shipped the riser at no extra cost. I had no problem with "new foam smell", as others have reported, but after removing the pillow from the wrapper I set it outside in the sunlight for an afternoon, and even during the first use there was no smell. The outer skin of the pillow is a pillow case that can be washed. It includes 3 plastic "tacks" that pull the pillow case down into the cutouts and in the central ear hole area so one has to be careful not to lose them when removing pillow case for washing... Overall great purchase.

This is a nice pillow and it seems to be well made. However it’s to high for me and it’s uncomfortable to use. I wish there was a way to remove some of the foam to lower the pillow to a more comfortable level. It’s a decent pillow and worth every penny but it is not for me. I kept it and have it in the guest bedroom as an additional pillow on the bed. I guess it all comes down to how high or low you like a pillow. The foam is not soft but not as hard as a rock either and it bounces back to its original state within seconds. As far as using it with a cpap mask it works as described. I was comfortable on my side and my mask did stay in place. But I was also unable to get a good nights sleep due to the height of the pillow. If your a side sleeper and your cpap mask gets in your way then give this a try.

Very comfortable pillow fits the tubing etc in well, less marks on my face from the mask being pushed on from old pillow , no more seal interruption of mask ( nasal mask)

I started CPAP therapy a year ago with a nasal pillow mask. I didn’t want to give up my favourite ergonomic pillow and didn’t even think I needed a CPAP pillow since I do t use a full face mask. But I was finding myself moving to the edge of my old pillow and constantly shifting my position forward to accommodate the mask, which led to neck pain. So I decided to get a CPAP pillow and after much comparing I decided to get this one. Sooooo happy I did! It’s comparable to my old ergonomic pillow in comfort, not too soft not too hard. Like that it has two heights, the higher side is best for me. And the position of the side indents is perfect to accommodate my CPAP mask and no more moving forward to get to the edge! I use a pillow case over it but I did wash the one that it comes with and it washed really well. Super happy with my purchase, highly recommend!
