They’re not bad cards, it’s just that they know how to undercut the competition. Especially with the market nowadays. Also, a lot of their cards don’t have unecessary bloatware and usually don’t have RGB. They used to be partnered with Nvidia a little over a decade ago, so they’re not unknown or anything. They’ve just kinda’ been in the background compared to others. Their cards are equal to any other, but the price difference boils down to brand recognition. It’s like RAM — some companies can sell two basic looking sticks much cheaper, others can push a higher price and get by with it as their aesthetics are more trendy and their branding has become synonymous with quality despite the lower priced ones being just as good.
