Quality Fertilizer for All Types of Plants
I have been using MaxSea 16-16-16, as well as their bloom formula for a number of years and have overall been very pleased with this product. I just reordered for my houseplants, veggies & herbs, outdoor flower beds, and carnivorous plants. With consistent use, my plants have really thrived with more growth, flowers, bigger bulbs, etc. If using for Carnivorous plants, most growers recommend 1/4 teaspoon per gallon and lightly sprayed on the foliage of the plants. For all other plants, I just follow the instructions (1 tablespoon per gallon of water). The product mixes very well. NOTE: I highly recommend storing this product in a cool place vs. a hot garage. I have found the heat and humidity will cause clumbing of the product, as well as wetness. If stored in the house, I have no problem at all. The only reason why I gave this product 4 out of 5 starts is for the following two reasons: 1. The cost is quite high for this fertilizer as compared to other alternatives. I am big fan of MaxSea, but would like a coupon offering through Amazon (like other products are offering)......anything discount helps. 2. My recent container of MaxSea was not sealed, but this seems to be a common occurence with other reviewers. Having said that, I do like my products sealed. Again, this is an excellent quality fertilizer and I would recommend it based on my direct experience. Happy Growing!
