To my knowledge, no. Nothing written on the box indicating as such.

I will use bulbs in bathroom vanity light - non-dimmable. When turn on light, since non-dimmable will it be 100% bright?

I use mine in a bathroom non dimmable fixture also and I can tell they are nice and 100% bright. It is a very white light that some people don't like.
