This case lasted 21 months before the clip part finally broke off. Considering the wear it gets by being worn 24/7 and being clipped and unclipped every day, I consider that pretty good. And I love that the clip is sturdy. I don't want my insulin pump randomly falling off my waistband. I just bought the upgraded version as a replacement, and I hope it's just as good.

3rd fail since January 2026- This unit failed within 6 weeks. My previous clips x2-3 prior at least lasted a year. Each and every one break at this juncture. I would love a replacement if possible- any color would do. The functionality of this product is right, but the quality is poor. I included where the break occurred.

The clip broke off my pump and this case is wonderful since the clip turns in any direction you need. And it's secure while you're wearing it.

While the product initially met expectations regarding its aesthetic and rotational features, its bulkiness proved incompatible with my highly active lifestyle. Regrettably, the item detached from its clip within two days of use.

It’s not just this specific product, but this and all similar ones i have mega beef with. these things cost me $25 (more than i unfortunately make in one single hour of labor) and the clip breaks, randomly, with the simple removal from the belt. i swear to god i go through one every 3-4 months so i always keep an extra. i think they’re PROBABLY worth $10 at best, but the dumb clips that come with the pump are durable, yet do NOT clip well on the pants. make these metal?? or something??? i don’t know. i’m not even mad i have the beetus, im fine with my useless pancreas floating around free loading in my body. what i’m NOT fine with is spending a dumb amount of money on something that just craps the bed every so often for seemingly no real reason at all, making me put my pump in my bra, which is not comfortable and gets sweaty. anyways, it’s fine. but it’s not great.

Broke too quickly. I am rough on things, so it is partially my fault, however, it needs to be strong enough to withstand a diabetic that struggles with highs and lows.

The clip holds on tight to your clothes! It works! I don't have to worry anymore about my pump falling off into the toilet or being yanked out of the insertion site because of a worthless clip! I did read reviews that say the clip will break off. I haven't used it long enough to have this issue. This is the second one like this that I have bought so that I have a backup in case this happens. I like this one better than the first (the A1C one) because the first one's clip rattled when I walked and the edges were very sharp. Both those problems are corrected on this one but the reviews seem to indicate that the clip breaks off of this 2nd one more readily. Either way, they both are a godsend and I really don't want to be without them. I just cannot understand why Tandem was so stupid so as not to put a clip on their cases that had a little lip to catch and hold onto whatever it was clipped to! This was a horribly stupid thing for Tandem to not provide for! Oh, yes, they both are almost identical and a bit bulky, but the clip has a lip and it catches and it holds and that is what I cannot live without!

I have had at least five of these cases with one of them being a replacement. They fit the pump perfectly, and I love the fact that it can rotate file attached to your belt. The problem is they easily break apart if you bump into them as a result, I will be moving to some other product unless they figure out a way to keep us together. It looks to me like there needs to be stronger adhesive between the two parts or maybe have it ultrasonic welded I don’t know. I just caution, buyers that it can be delicate .

Está genial el gancho ya que es tipo pinza, no como el original y así puedes engancharlo en otros sitios. No me gusta que por la parte de donde sale el tubo no tiene ningún tope para que no se salga la bomba, hay que tener cuidado.

I love my new Healvaluefit pump case, it's comfy to wear, and I have peace of mind about the safety of my pump when wearing it, as it's very secure. The other great feature is the ability to be able to wrap the tubing so it doesn't hang.
