The product arrived with only three pads to it instead of five like the description showed. And there were no instructions. Makes me wonder if it wasn’t a used product, and somebody kept two of the pads. A little disappointed.

It has helped me bleach walls! I am short & it is a big help! Works better than anything else!

I was so excited for this! One product to wash floors, walls and windows. The first time I used it for the floors was great. It was a little though to move the handle to squeeze out the water but I thought it was just new! The second time went to use it did not want to wring out and all the parts popped apart and one of the clips that hold the mop cloth snapped off. Needles to say I never got to my walls or windows!

I love the micro fiber cloth but I can't get the mop to squeeze out. It's too hard to pull the handle for my arthritic hands.

Broke the first time I tried to wring it out. Got it semi fixed, hard to use on the walls (the reason I bought it). It’s decent on floors.

This mop is a great idea, but it has to work. It said it was adjustable. I thought the standard mop is about the size of this one and it adjusted longer. I was wrong. There’s two pieces to put together and that’s it. I don’t want it smaller… plus, when I tried wringer, it didn’t work. I sent it back. Rotating didn’t work, it moved front and back and side to side but no rotating.

The mop was easy to put together, easy to use as described.

It does not work at all. It will not fold up to squeeze. Not worth the money at all. Not sure how to return it.
